In the 18th match minute, Miraflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Quexal to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Fleetwood Town's Froilan Menendo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 22nd minute, Miraflores's Danilo Quexal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Danilo Quexal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Miraflores protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Danilo Quexal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Miraflores fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! After having played for 27 minutes, Erasmo Lertxun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miraflores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Lertxun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute, Mariano Sidro made a precise shot to the right of Baldomero Cayo. Fleetwood Town's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 32nd match minute, Fleetwood Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Noe to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Lertxun in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomero Cayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, Miraflores's Saverio Breogan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Cayo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Sidro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomero Cayo having to make a save. 47 minutes into the match, Miraflores's Erasmo Lertxun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Cayo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baldomero Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Sidro in the 48th minute of the match. The Fleetwood Town players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Miraflores were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Fabricio Clementi made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Santana in the 52nd minute of play forced Miraflores's goalkeeper Elias Garin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Garin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Santana in the 53rd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Fleetwood Town's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Sidro came free, but Baldomero Cayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Lertxun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Cayo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Sidro in the 63rd minute of play forced Fleetwood Town's goalkeeper Baldomero Cayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabricio Clementi during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute, Fabricio Clementi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Miraflores's Baldomero Cayo threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mariano Sidro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Lertxun couldn't finish the play. Miraflores's Erasmo Lertxun got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fleetwood Town's Baldomero Cayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Fleetwood Town from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Victoriano Lluc got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mariano Sidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Cayo having to interfere. Erasmo Lertxun in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baldomero Cayo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
