The Club Atletico Chusca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Barrionuevo should have stopped the shot. Club Atletico Chusca's Fidel Barrionuevo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Fonda in the 21st minute of play. Fidel Barrionuevo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Vergaray, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Club Atletico Chusca's Fidel Barrionuevo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Furtado in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, one of Terapia Intensiva:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Damaso Cresconio, was totally fooled by Club Atletico Chusca's Bernardino Orlondon, who 33 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Damaso Cresconio made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Alonzo Lugo sent off a good shot on target. Alonzo Lugo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Damaso Cresconio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Clemente Fonda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Cresconio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alonzo Lugo in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Raul Furtado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fidel Barrionuevo came out and tried to block the shot, but Raul Furtado slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 85th minute. Alonzo Lugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Cresconio having to interfere.
