The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alonzo Lugo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Genaro Lucado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Jokin in the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Plumerillo's zone, Alonzo Lugo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genaro Lucado came out of the goal and Alonzo Lugo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Plumerillo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ildefonso Egoitz hit a great ball. Fidel Barrionuevo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Jorrin, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Ricardo Rozarius hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Fidel Barrionuevo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Plumerillo's Genaro Lucado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Lugo in the 94th minute of play. Genaro Lucado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Lugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that Club Atletico Chusca were the better team. Club Atletico Chusca's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
