Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) After some careless play in the La Zabaleta defense, Norberto Calisto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliberto Bittor. The La Zabaleta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliberto Bittor should have stopped the shot. Villa Mitre City's Marcelo Mendiko got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villa Mitre City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Mateo Blanco scored to the left of an out of position Epifanio Etxatxu, making the score, 1-1. In the 21st minute, Augusto Curcio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Etxatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Adrio in the 22nd minute of the match. Epifanio Etxatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Adrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Curcio during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Villa Mitre City got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Curcio. When Villa Mitre City's Marcelo Mendiko in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Zabaleta's goalie prevented a goal. Alberto Orti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Bittor having to interfere. After 45 played minutes La Zabaleta got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Blanco. In the 47th minute Marcelo Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Bittor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Epifanio Etxatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to La Zabaleta getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Fermin Lucero hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Mendiko in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliberto Bittor saved La Zabaleta from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Mendiko in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliberto Bittor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mateo Blanco charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateo Blanco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mateo Blanco hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Norberto Calisto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Feliberto Bittor came out and tried to block the shot, but Norberto Calisto slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute, Marcelo Mendiko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Mitre City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Epifanio Etxatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Blanco in the 75th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Mendiko in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliberto Bittor saved La Zabaleta from getting behind. La Zabaleta's Feliberto Bittor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Mendiko in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute Mateo Blanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Etxatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliberto Bittor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Mendiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When Norberto Calisto came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Villa Mitre City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Calisto couldn't finish the play.
