In the 4th minute, Clodoveo Huly made a precise shot to the right of Angel Gartzi. Reyes F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ovidio Astrada kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Reyes F.C.'s Cleto Sindo got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Reyes F.C. booed when Scofield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Manny didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Salvidor in the 22nd minute of play forced Scofield's goalkeeper Abel Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Cleto Sindo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Gilesindo was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angel Tonete got free with Abel Gilesindo in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 37 played minutes, Scofield's Aurelio Weather shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Angel Gartzi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Scofield reached it. Abel Gilesindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Sindo in the 41st minute of the match. After 43 minutes, Benicio Valery mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reyes F.C. and the Scofield players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes Reyes F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Valery. In the 45th minute, Clodoveo Huly ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angel Gartzi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cosme Gaizko hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cleto Sindo in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Gilesindo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angel Gartzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Viviano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st match minute, Reyes F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Salvidor to maneuver through the defense. Scofield's Gerardo Viviano shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 62nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Angel Gartzi but with some difficulty. Ovidio Astrada hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. A collision led to Scofield getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Clodoveo Huly hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Clodoveo Huly left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scofield fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Angel Gartzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Blasi in the 80th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Reyes F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Valery. The long shot by Gerardo Viviano in the 83rd minute really tested Angel Gartzi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidio Astrada during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Scofield booed when Reyes F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Astrada didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Angel Tonete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reyes F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Tonete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th match minute, Reyes F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Astrada to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute of the match Gerardo Viviano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Gartzi skillfully saved the ball. Scofield's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
