Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Erubiel Laurentzi got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Club Almirante Brown's Eliseo Nahia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enzo Ostadar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 8 minutes, Carlos-Mario Monclús mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA and the Club Almirante Brown players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Carlos-Mario Monclús got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 13th minute, Erubiel Laurentzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Almirante Brown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 15 minutes into the match, Erubiel Laurentzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Ostadar. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erubiel Laurentzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Oscar Leoncio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Guilabertus went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Erubiel Laurentzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Almirante Brown's supporters rose to their feet, but Erubiel Laurentzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Ostadar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martin Tancredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Enzo Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enzo Ostadar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Laurentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Leoncio made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Albino Froylan sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Laurentzi came free, but Enzo Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseo Nahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Enzo Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narciso Guilabertus was the one to do the kick off. Enzo Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Laurentzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Maidana came free, but Enzo Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Ostadar made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Erubiel Laurentzi sent off a good shot on target. Benedicto Ricart might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oscar Leoncio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedicto Ricart ran back to his position shaking his head. Club Almirante Brown's Urbano Eguntsenti was substituted for Martin Tancredo. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Delmar Montrelle hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a freekick which was hit by Carlos-Mario Monclús. After having played for 75 minutes, Augusto Ilazki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Almirante Brown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Ilazki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erubiel Laurentzi took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enzo Ostadar. Enzo Ostadar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. When Enrique Porfirio fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Almirante Brown's protests and gave Enrique Porfirio a yellow card for diving instead. Enrique Porfirio kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Erubiel Laurentzi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Enzo Ostadar. That made the score 1-5 in the 85 minute of play.
