After some careless play in the Aerolineas Argentinas FC defense, Jeronimo Frechoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Epifanio Bastia. The Aerolineas Argentinas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Bastia should have stopped the shot. Epifanio Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Christobal in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Astor Christobal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hydra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Hydra's goalkeeper Conrado Marquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomiro Evangelista. 20 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Evangelista recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Conrado Marquez. Baldomiro Evangelista showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Hydra's Conrado Marquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Hydra from getting a goal against them. Conrado Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Lübeck in the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Jeronimo Frechoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hydra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Epifanio Bastia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Frechoso in the 31st minute of play. Baldomiro Evangelista took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conrado Marquez. Conrado Marquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. After a rather tough play, Hydra's Fermin Manni got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Enzo Dominguez came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Aerolineas Argentinas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Dominguez couldn't finish the play. When Eliseo Oxarra fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hydra's protests and gave Eliseo Oxarra a yellow card for diving instead. Epifanio Bastia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Astor Christobal went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. After the first half Hydra were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo Dominguez to make the kick off. Hydra's Conrado Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Evangelista in the 60th minute of play. Conrado Marquez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomiro Evangelista went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. Conrado Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Dominguez in the 69th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Astor Christobal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 played minutes Hydra got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Manni. Hydra made a substitution. Carolo Barros replaced Carlos Joachim. In the 80th match minute, Hydra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Manni to maneuver through the defense. After 83 played minutes Hydra got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Manni. After having played for 84 minutes, Baldomiro Evangelista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Evangelista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Christobal came free, but Epifanio Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Christobal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Christobal, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hydra eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
