Enzo Dominguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Filomeno Rencio made a huge save. Anier Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Filomeno Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filomeno Rencio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Dominguez in the 18th minute. Filomeno Rencio made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Celso Soin sent off a good shot on target. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cardiff City FC reached it. 32 minutes into the game, Efrain Mark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Epifanio Bastia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Efrain Mark's late challenge caught a Aerolineas Argentinas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
