Cardiff City FC's Filomeno Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Frechoso in the 23rd minute of play. Filomeno Rencio came out of the goal and Jeronimo Frechoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efrain Mark's late challenge caught a Hydra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efrain Mark helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cardiff City FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Efrain Mark hit a great ball. After 44 minutes, Abelardo Asur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cardiff City FC and the Hydra players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Cardiff City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Asur to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Severo Hotz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Filomeno Rencio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the final whistle sounded Hydra left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cardiff City FC.
