Alejandro Pereyra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 4 minutes into the game, Anier Celio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jorge Valerio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 8 minutes into the match, Alejandro Pereyra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Valerio. Natus Vincere F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejandro Pereyra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Jorge Valerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Pereyra in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Anier Celio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Valerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Valerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Pereyra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Santhiagos Feli Club's Anier Celio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Valerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Natus Vincere F.C.'s Jorge Valerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Celio in the 27th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Anier Celio put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jorge Valerio. After 37 minutes, Guaberto Berbiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santhiagos Feli Club and the Natus Vincere F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Santhiagos Feli Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Berbiz to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Natus Vincere F.C. defense, Anier Celio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Valerio. The Natus Vincere F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorge Valerio should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raul Joey to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Natus Vincere F.C.'s Jorge Valerio got control of the ball when Alejandro Pereyra tried to sneak it across the goal line. The attack was good, but when Anier Celio in the 60th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 61 minutes, Jose Gamus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Natus Vincere F.C. and the Santhiagos Feli Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Natus Vincere F.C. getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jose Gamus hit a great ball. If Raul Joey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Natus Vincere F.C.'s goalkeeper Jorge Valerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anier Celio. Herminio Berenguer kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Enrique Burutzagi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Joey, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Emiliano Hanot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jorge Valerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Raul Joey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Burutzagi was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Natus Vincere F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Anier Celio scored to the left of an out of position Jorge Valerio, making the score, 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Natus Vincere F.C.'s zone, Anier Celio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Valerio came out of the goal and Anier Celio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Alejandro Pereyra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Anier Celio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Valerio was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. 93 minutes into the match, Natus Vincere F.C.'s goalkeeper Jorge Valerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Pereyra. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Santhiagos Feli Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
