After a rather tough play, Natus Vincere F.C.'s Fabricio Claus got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Teo Lluis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Natus Vincere F.C.'s Jorge Valerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Edelmiro Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Rufio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jose Gamus came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Natus Vincere F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Gamus couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, Americo Onbera notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Natus Vincere F.C.'s Jorge Valerio. Jorge Valerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edelmiro Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Rufio having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacinto Clementi to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Teo Lluis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacinto Clementi struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Herminio Rufio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Natus Vincere F.C.. Jacinto Clementi took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herminio Rufio. Herminio Rufio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Jorge Valerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Onbera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Valerio made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Teo Lluis sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the game, Americo Onbera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abasto fútbol club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Natus Vincere F.C. the free kick. Herminio Rufio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Pereyra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
