After 3 minutes, Amadeo Florin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Copérnico F.C. and the Supay Puka Huasi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eustacio Txomin hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After 7 played minutes Supay Puka Huasi FC got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Matei. Anacleto Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Cisco in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Supay Puka Huasi FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Eusebio Matei hit a great ball. Rosendo Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Arsenio Canor notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Supay Puka Huasi FC's Anacleto Perez. Anacleto Perez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Anacleto Cisco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anacleto Perez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 26 minutes into the match, Copérnico F.C.'s goalkeeper Filomeno Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermengildo Acosta. In the 42nd match minute, Supay Puka Huasi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Matei to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guaberto Oto to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Guaberto Oto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Supay Puka Huasi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Copérnico F.C. the free kick. Anacleto Perez was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Nunez Sazon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nunez Sazon really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 65th minute of the match, Arsenio Canor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anacleto Perez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Sazon in the 74th minute of play forced Supay Puka Huasi FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Copérnico F.C.'s Amadeo Florin got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Amadeo Florin off the ground. In the 78th minute, Amadeo Florin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Hermengildo Acosta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Cisco in the 88th minute of the match. Copérnico F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
