After a rather tough play, Copérnico F.C.'s Edgard Salomone got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute, Saturnino Tercero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Eugenio Gartxot reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Filomeno Santos. The goal made the score 1-0. The supporters of Papillon AC booed when Copérnico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Frans didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Eugenio Gartxot dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Filomeno Santos, 2-0. After 23 played minutes Papillon AC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Tercero. Geronimo Hegoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nunez Sazon went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, Papillon AC's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Cisco came free, but Geronimo Hegoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Papillon AC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lucio Ellande hit a great ball. Anacleto Cisco struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Geronimo Hegoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Copérnico F.C.. After 40 minutes, Lucio Ellande mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Papillon AC and the Copérnico F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Papillon AC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Lucio Ellande hit a great ball. In the 41st minute of the match Anacleto Cisco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geronimo Hegoi skillfully saved the ball. After 45 played minutes Papillon AC got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Gartxot. With a little luck, Copérnico F.C.'s Filomeno Santos got control of the ball when Benigno Johans tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anacleto Cisco to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Copérnico F.C.'s Jorge Bernal got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Eustaquio Cordera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papillon AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Cordera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filomeno Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute Eugenio Gartxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60th play minutes Eustaquio Cordera shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Filomeno Santos and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, Papillon AC's Geronimo Hegoi got control of the ball when Arsenio Canor tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Segundo Pere fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Papillon AC's protests and gave Segundo Pere a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Copérnico F.C. booed when Papillon AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Pere didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Eugenio Gartxot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Filomeno Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 78 played minutes Papillon AC got a freekick which was hit by Candido Lizar. 81 minutes into the game, Candido Lizar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Filomeno Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Geronimo Hegoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Cisco, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Geronimo Hegoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Cisco in the 86th minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Florin. Filomeno Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Gartxot in the 95th minute of play.
