The referee ignored Supay Puka Huasi FC's protests and gave Eusebio Matei a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Supay Puka Huasi FC's Eusebio Matei got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Supay Puka Huasi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Monte to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the game, Remigio Elizardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Supay Puka Huasi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Patriarca ® the free kick. A collision led to El Patriarca ® getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Elvio Azevedo hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Eustacio Txomin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diego Tanio might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anacleto Perez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diego Tanio ran back to his position shaking his head. 72 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Acosta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteban Jordy. El Patriarca ®'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermengildo Acosta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Esteban Jordy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Oto, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Anacleto Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Panfilo in the 77th minute of the match. Hermengildo Acosta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Jordy having to interfere. Elvio Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Esteban Jordy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Txomin in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Acosta notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of El Patriarca ®'s Esteban Jordy. Esteban Jordy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. El Patriarca ® were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
