Benedicto Precioso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Cardo Ruso Cordobés getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Joel Fidele hit a great ball. Benedicto Precioso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Amadeo Tabor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute Benedicto Precioso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Tabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo defense, Benedicto Precioso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo Tabor. The San Lorenzo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo Tabor should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Nafarroa came free, but Aureliano Louis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Benedicto Precioso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amadeo Tabor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arturo Lehior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aureliano Louis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Nafarroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Jakes got free with Aureliano Louis in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th match minute, San Lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Elia to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute of the match Aquilino Satordi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amadeo Tabor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benedicto Precioso to strike the kick off in the second half. Erasmo Maureo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Amadeo Tabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Precioso in the 54th minute of the match. After 55 minutes, Primitivo Ler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cardo Ruso Cordobés and the San Lorenzo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aureliano Louis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Nafarroa in the 58th minute of the match. Primitivo Ler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeo Tabor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Cardo Ruso Cordobés made a substitution. Salvador Clementi replaced Benedicto Precioso. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Ruperto Innocenzio was substituted for Emiliano Curcio. When Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Salvador Clementi in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
