An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Loiola in the 47th minute of play forced LA LUZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Rosendo Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half LA LUZ F.C. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

LA LUZ F.C.'s Hipolito Tiadoro was substituted for Aureliano Arce. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hilario Mon to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Eusko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Gelmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, LA LUZ F.C.'s Leonel Emmanuel got a free kick in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Rencio came free, but Emiliano Sancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Emiliano Sancho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilario Mon. Hilario Mon in the 98thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emiliano Sancho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
