Atlético Nacional's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Atlético Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Todor came free, but Celestino Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Atlético Nacional booed when Jarana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Ramone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elpidio Primo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Refugio in the 81st minute. When the final whistle sounded Atlético Nacional left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jarana FC.
