Mariano Elia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Hermelando kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Los Mega's Mariano Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Ticho in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Ticho in the 40th minute of play forced Los Mega's goalkeeper Mariano Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dalmacio Urtun during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Los Mega was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Urtun to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Elia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Ticho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Osvaldo Ugaitz charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osvaldo Ugaitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Osvaldo Ugaitz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Los Mega's Felix Raymon got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hipolito Dolfos took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Elia. Mariano Elia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 78 played minutes Cha Fe FC got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Beti. Tomas Lano charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Lano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes Cha Fe FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Lano. Felix Raymon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Prudencio Damario when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mariano Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Dolfos in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cha Fe FC's Cesar Ticho got a free kick in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los Mega's zone, Cesar Ticho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Elia came out of the goal and Cesar Ticho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Cesar Ticho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cha Fe FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Carmelo Furman hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Los Mega's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
