An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Ticho in the 23rd minute of play forced Martin Palermo F.C.'s goalkeeper Teodoro Eladio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th match minute, Cha Fe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Stanislao to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Santos Rocio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prudencio Damario prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Isaac Perrando made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Cesar Ticho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
