When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Cesar Telo sped through Lyons's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abelardo Rainerio. Cesar Telo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abelardo Rainerio having to make a save. A collision led to Lyons getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Froilan Joey hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Cesar Telo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abelardo Rainerio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cesar Telo to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Lyons's goalkeeper Abelardo Rainerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesar Telo. In the 58th minute of the match, Cesar Telo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Abelardo Rainerio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Rodolfo Izel came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Crottos Crotters F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Izel couldn't finish the play. Cesar Telo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-6 via right post in the game's 67th minute. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Cesar Telo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-10 to the left of a surprised Abelardo Rainerio 87 minutes into the match. When Joaquin Barea came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Crottos Crotters F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Barea couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Crottos Crotters F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lyons throughout the match.
