After 3 played minutes, Trocha Media FC's Natalio Toribio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Freddy Sarracino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trocha Media FC reached it. When Ciriaco Eufemio fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trocha Media FC's protests and gave Ciriaco Eufemio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Trocha Media FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Eufemio to maneuver through the defense. Humberto Kiliz kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 25 minutes of play Trocha Media FC's Ciriaco Eufemio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 26 played minutes Trocha Media FC got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Eufemio. Cristo Artal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Frasco in the 27th minute. Freddy Sarracino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Kiliz in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Humberto Kiliz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trocha Media FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Ernesto Frasco came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristo Artal could save by the left post. With his leg Cristo Artal managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when La Scaloneta's Guillermo Iago fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Anastasio Goi kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Fabio Omero made a precise shot to the right of Cristo Artal. Trocha Media FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 59 minutes into the match, Trocha Media FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Iago came free, but Cristo Artal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Guillermo Iago had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristo Artal. Trocha Media FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillermo Iago was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Trocha Media FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Lizardi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Fabio Omero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Scaloneta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Trocha Media FC's Cristo Artal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Iago in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Iago in the 84th minute of play forced Trocha Media FC's goalkeeper Cristo Artal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guillermo Iago in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristo Artal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Iago in the 89th minute of play forced Trocha Media FC's goalkeeper Cristo Artal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Guillermo Iago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Artal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cornelio Lizardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Guillermo Iago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Scaloneta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. La Scaloneta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
