Gabriel Jokin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Casimiro Astrada made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Raphael during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gabriel Jokin's late challenge caught a Diego Eterno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Jokin helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes Defensores de Fasano got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Jokin. 25 minutes into the match, Diego Eterno's goalkeeper Casimiro Astrada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcial Opilano. Casimiro Astrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Tono in the 31st minute of the match. Casimiro Astrada made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Gabriel Jokin sent off a good shot on target. Esteve Xacintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Mirande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Gimenez in the 43rd minute of play forced Diego Eterno's goalkeeper Casimiro Astrada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casimiro Astrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eloy Gimenez in the 45th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Opilano got free with Casimiro Astrada in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Esteve Mirande was the one to do the kick off. Defensores de Fasano's Tobias Tono got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Casimiro Astrada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Tono, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Diego Eterno's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Tono came free, but Casimiro Astrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Defensores de Fasano getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Bernardino Olando hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the game, Bernardino Olando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Defensores de Fasano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Diego Eterno the free kick. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Fasano's Bernardino Olando got a free kick in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Diego Eterno's Zeledon Sanduru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteve Xacintu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Defensores de Fasano players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
