The supporters of Anga FC booed when STARK F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Janpier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornelio Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluigi Buffon in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, STARK F.C.'s Anselmo Arias got a free kick in the 15th minute. Leandro Paredes hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, STARK F.C.'s Gianluigi Buffon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 29th minute Baldomero Janpier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Cornelio Franco managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when STARK F.C.'s Carlos Birjaio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Evaristo Ferman kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to Anga FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jorge Serafo hit a great ball. Rosendo Raymundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Franco having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Birjaio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, STARK F.C.'s Modesto Sanchez got a free kick in the 56th minute. Hector Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Gianluigi Buffon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STARK F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. STARK F.C.'s Dalmacio Sal was substituted for Baldomero Janpier. After some careless play in the Anga FC defense, Rosendo Raymundo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cornelio Franco. The Anga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cornelio Franco should have stopped the shot. Cornelio Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Birjaio in the 70th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rosendo Raymundo during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rosendo Raymundo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Rosendo Raymundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cornelio Franco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rosendo Raymundo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cornelio Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Cordarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Jeronimo Asur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cornelio Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Raymundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Cordarin in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Franco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. STARK F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
