Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emiliano Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. German Lohitzun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Abecia. In the 34th minute, Martin Rami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Damaso Sancho hit a great ball. If Alejo Louis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Leones FC fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Leones FC's Jaime Mundo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejo Louis made a kick off. The supporters of Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Mederi didn't get a good kick on the ball. German Lohitzun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Mundo in the 59th minute of play. Steve Hyuga hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s zone, Alejo Louis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. German Lohitzun came out of the goal and Alejo Louis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Emiliano Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jaime Mundo fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leones FC's protests and gave Jaime Mundo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jaime Mundo hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Steve Hyuga during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adrian Abecia hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Leones FC were the better team. Leones FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
