The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Jedi Knights's Aldo Montrelle got a free kick in the 5th minute. Pastor Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Goyo in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Quimeras Jrs. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Amado Ovando hit a great ball. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Quimeras Jrs.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcelino Indalecio was slow to take the kick. During this time Jedi Knights's players had a chance to rest. Jedi Knights's Marcelino Indalecio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pastor Benet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 13 minutes into the match, Quimeras Jrs.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Montrelle came free, but Pastor Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Ovando scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carmelo Orland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Marcelino Indalecio took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Pastor Benet to make any attempt to save it. In the 24th match minute, Quimeras Jrs. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Hermon to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, Aldo Montrelle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pastor Benet. Aldo Montrelle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Montrelle in the 38th minute of play forced Quimeras Jrs.'s goalkeeper Pastor Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jedi Knights's Carmelo Orland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Hermon in the 39th minute of play. Joaquin Orlondo might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carmelo Orland. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquin Orlondo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Goyo in the 43rd minute of play forced Quimeras Jrs.'s goalkeeper Pastor Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Elazar hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

A collision led to Quimeras Jrs. getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Carlos Elazar hit a great ball. The Quimeras Jrs. fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Quimeras Jrs.'s Ruperto Hermon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Carmelo Orland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Hermon in the 68th minute. Quimeras Jrs.'s Pastor Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Goyo in the 71st minute of play. Pastor Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Montrelle in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Quimeras Jrs.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Montrelle came free, but Pastor Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Serafino Orain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pastor Benet didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Jedi Knights's Aldo Montrelle shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-2 in the ordered_time% minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jedi Knights had played much better football throughout.
