Segundo Darien charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Segundo Darien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th minute, Segundo Darien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Mantzio got free with Domingos Urtzi in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th match minute, Los Guacho Pistola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Pereyra to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 10 minutes, Constantino Abaunza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Club Victoria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Abaunza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltasar Fraco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Cordarrel, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. If Isaac Mantzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Sporting Club Victoria getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Isaac Mantzio hit a great ball. Baltasar Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Darien in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Virgilio Gomesano notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sporting Club Victoria's Baltasar Fraco. Baltasar Fraco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Club Victoria's zone, Ladislao Cordarrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Fraco came out of the goal and Ladislao Cordarrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Los Guacho Pistola's Domingos Urtzi got control of the ball when Isaac Mantzio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leopoldo Gartzen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Domingos Urtzi firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Darien in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltasar Fraco saved Sporting Club Victoria from getting behind. Segundo Darien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Fraco having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Constantino Abaunza made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Sporting Club Victoria got a corner. Los Guacho Pistola's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leopoldo Gartzen ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Sporting Club Victoria's Leopoldo Gartzen to fire away a dangerous shot which Domingos Urtzi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Leopoldo Gartzen came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Sporting Club Victoria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Gartzen couldn't finish the play. Sporting Club Victoria were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Los Guacho Pistola's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leopoldo Gartzen took the corner. Leonardo Orlin took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltasar Fraco. Baltasar Fraco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Maximo Muc charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximo Muc the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sporting Club Victoria booed when Los Guacho Pistola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Darien didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Guacho Pistola's Domingos Urtzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Mantzio in the 74th minute of play. Baltasar Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Darien in the 75th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Mantzio in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Urtzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Victoria's goalkeeper Baltasar Fraco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Darien. Ermegildo Pereyra hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Leonardo Orlin succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Sporting Club Victoria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Ladislao Cordarrel scored to the left of an out of position Baltasar Fraco, making the score, 0-4. After having played for 96 minutes, Ladislao Cordarrel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Guacho Pistola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Cordarrel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los Guacho Pistola played a much better game than Sporting Club Victoria and deserved their victory. The Sporting Club Victoria players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
