The supporters of MAN FC booed when EL PEPO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Guerrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rafael Clodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 32 minutes into the game, when Teodosio Gasteiz put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in MAN FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! In the 34th minute there was a penalty for EL PEPO FC. Celso Inge stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Paolo Maura. 0-2. Edgard Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Clodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Maura having to interfere. Gilberto Cordera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Ezequiel Boniel made a huge save. Paolo Maura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Policarpio in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Clodio was the one to do the kick off. Paolo Maura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Herauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, MAN FC's Paolo Maura got control of the ball when Rafael Clodio tried to sneak it across the goal line. EL PEPO FC's Isaac Tiso was substituted for Denis Guerrero. Isaac Tiso's shot from long distance in the 63rd minute was not bad at all, but MAN FC's Paolo Maura knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After 89 minutes, Camilo Policarpio made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. MAN FC's Paolo Maura tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th match minute, MAN FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Beltxe to maneuver through the defense. EL PEPO FC played a much better game than MAN FC and deserved their victory. The MAN FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
