After a defensive mix-up in Altos Gatos FC's zone, Martin Silvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Cordearo came out of the goal and Martin Silvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th minute, Cosme Pacorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Silvino was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 7th minute. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Miguel Umbruso kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Eloy Cordearo made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Jonatan Igon sent off a good shot on target. Martin Silvino took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eloy Cordearo. Eloy Cordearo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 22 minutes into the game, Teodosio Columbo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altos Gatos FC the free kick. A collision led to Atletico Calamar Saavedra getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Teodosio Columbo hit a great ball. Eloy Cordearo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonatan Igon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. After 27 played minutes Atletico Calamar Saavedra got a freekick which was hit by Martin Silvino. In the 29th minute, Gogo George hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st match minute, Atletico Calamar Saavedra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Silvino to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the game, Maximo Gabon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altos Gatos FC the free kick. The supporters of Altos Gatos FC booed when Atletico Calamar Saavedra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Pacorro in the 42nd minute of play forced Atletico Calamar Saavedra's goalkeeper Iker Gilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Altos Gatos FC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Florinio. Martin Silvino in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eloy Cordearo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Atletico Calamar Saavedra made a substitution. Salvador Jerrold replaced Miguel Umbruso. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonatan Igon to strike the kick off in the second half. Iker Gilen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Clis, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Altos Gatos FC's Eloy Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Igon in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Altos Gatos FC booed when Atletico Calamar Saavedra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Paulin kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Altos Gatos FC's Cosme Pacorro got a free kick in the 65th minute. Gogo George charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gogo George the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gogo George hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute Maximo Gabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Cordearo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Martin Silvino got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Iker Gilen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Porfiro in the 81st minute of play. If Maximo Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Gabon in the 86th minute of play forced Altos Gatos FC's goalkeeper Eloy Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Martin Silvino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eloy Cordearo was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Isidro Errapel's late challenge caught a Atletico Calamar Saavedra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isidro Errapel helped the player get up and apologised. Isidro Errapel kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Atletico Calamar Saavedra were the better team. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
