Tomás Bertran kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Devoto club social defense, Aurelio Duardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Cordero. The Devoto club social fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Cordero should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Napoleón 2018's Cayetano Mambru ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hugo Cordero. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd match minute, Devoto club social was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Bertran to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Tomás Bertran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Napoleón 2018's Ernesto Aureo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Cordero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hugo Cordero stood somewhat misplaced when Cayetano Mambru came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 27 minute. 31 minutes into the match, Napoleón 2018's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Gasteiz came free, but Amancio Rojelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayetano Mambru who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Hugo Cordero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Victorino Benat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Cordero having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Cayetano Mambru put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hugo Cordero. 40 minutes into the game, Carmelo Cuartio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Napoleón 2018's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Devoto club social the free kick. In the 41st minute of the match Emanuel Oxel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Rojelio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Cayetano Mambru dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hugo Cordero, 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Gasteiz made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Mambru in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Cordero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hugo Cordero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Mambru in the 58th minute of the match. The Napoleón 2018 fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Napoleón 2018's Cayetano Mambru looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 played minutes Devoto club social got a freekick which was hit by Dante Michael. 65 minutes into the game, Cayetano Mambru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Hugo Cordero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Napoleón 2018's Silvestre Gutierrez was substituted for Guillermo Ursino. Hugo Cordero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Mambru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89thth minute of the game Cayetano Mambru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Devoto club social's Hugo Cordero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 90th minute, Victorino Benat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Devoto club social defense, Cayetano Mambru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Cordero.
