Silvano Guib started the match with the kick off. In the 5th match minute, Estudiantes de América was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Ospetsu to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Llanos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rolando Erasto. Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 12th minute, Estudiantes de América's Silvano Guib dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Estudiantes de América's zone, Paulino Naelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Erasto came out of the goal and Paulino Naelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes Estudiantes de América got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Arlo. 21 minutes into the game, Eustacio Rito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonas Crescencio. Eustacio Rito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 31stth minute of the game Omar Ralondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estudiantes de América's Rolando Erasto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Estudiantes de América getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Elias Ospetsu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes de América's Eustacio Rito got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some careless play in the Estudiantes de América defense, Bernardo Batista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Erasto. The Estudiantes de América fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Erasto should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Ralondo made a kick off. Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Omar Ralondo 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Eustacio Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estudiantes de América's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustacio Rito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Erasto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. In the 67th minute, Leo Goyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 minutes of play, Estudiantes de América's Ildefonso Balesio made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Crescencio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonas Crescencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Balesio in the 78th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronnie Wood during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronnie Wood in the 85th minute of play forced Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper Rolando Erasto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Erasto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. With an all-out effort, 【E ➣PS2 FC's Rolando Erasto threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ronnie Wood, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 【E ➣PS2 FC's Jonas Crescencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Balesio in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched 【E ➣PS2 FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
