The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Simon Baumar fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Fortín de Floresta's protests and gave Simon Baumar a yellow card for diving instead. Simon Baumar hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Leonides Cordairo fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ascacibar-Pérez's protests and gave Leonides Cordairo a yellow card for diving instead. Niceto Crescencio kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Ascacibar-Pérez's goalkeeper Ladislao Endira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Baumar. Ladislao Endira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Hug in the 11th minute. Ladislao Endira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Baumar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justino Tohias hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Joaquin Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Vimaro having to interfere. A collision led to El Fortín de Floresta getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Feliberto Lizbeth hit a great ball. Enzo Hug kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Ascacibar-Pérez booed when El Fortín de Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Tohias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Pedro Frascuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ascacibar-Pérez's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Frascuelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Vimaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute of the match, Feliberto Lizbeth tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ladislao Endira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Baumar got free with Ladislao Endira in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ascacibar-Pérez's Ladislao Endira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Fraco in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match Carolo Dolfo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ladislao Endira skillfully saved the ball. Alfonso Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Frascuelo in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Ascacibar-Pérez's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Lizbeth came free, but Ladislao Endira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislao Endira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Feliberto Lizbeth showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. Alfonso Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Frascuelo in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Enzo Hug recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ladislao Endira. Enzo Hug showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Enzo Hug made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Ascacibar-Pérez's zone, Feliberto Lizbeth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislao Endira came out of the goal and Feliberto Lizbeth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute, Ascacibar-Pérez's Pedro Frascuelo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 60 minutes into the game, Feliberto Lizbeth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ladislao Endira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ladislao Endira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Lizbeth, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Pedro Frascuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Endira came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by El Fortín de Floresta's Enzo Hug. But to his dismay, Enzo Hug quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Pedro Frascuelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Alfonso Vimaro made a huge save. After having played for 75 minutes, Donato Pancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Fortín de Floresta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Pancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Enzo Hug had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ladislao Endira. Ascacibar-Pérez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enzo Hug was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. The supporters of Ascacibar-Pérez booed when El Fortín de Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Cordeal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute Enzo Hug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Endira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Figueroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Alfonso Vimaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ladislao Endira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliberto Lizbeth's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Feliberto Lizbeth took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ladislao Endira. Ladislao Endira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Ladislao Endira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Hug in the 96th minute of the match.
