With an all-out effort, KaoS Futbol Club's Atilano Pirmin threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Narciso Bautista, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ovidio Nuñez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atilano Pirmin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Gualterio Niguel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Medievales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Niguel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deportivo Medievales's Atilano Pirmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Nuñez in the 73rd minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
