The supporters of Volvimos mejores booed when CF Scalonetos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Martxelin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Pascual Cresenciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 played minutes CF Scalonetos got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Martxelin. Feliciano Arnalt took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicente Beliran. Vicente Beliran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Arturo Gabirel made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Arturo Gabirel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Beliran was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Vicente Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Gabirel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Gabirel in the 60th minute of play forced CF Scalonetos's goalkeeper Vicente Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixto Ugaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ceferino Raymond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Beliran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Arnalt in the 68th minute of play. After some careless play in the CF Scalonetos defense, Arturo Gabirel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Beliran. The CF Scalonetos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Beliran should have stopped the shot. Florencio Txeru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Romulo Cucao fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CF Scalonetos's protests and gave Romulo Cucao a yellow card for diving instead. Romulo Cucao kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alonzo Manny got free with Ceferino Raymond in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Volvimos mejores walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
