I.'s Filomeno Perrando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Q. T. I. from getting a goal against them. Filomeno Perrando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florencio Orlanda went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 35th minute, Gaudencio Chaime hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Filomeno Perrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s Ildefonso Fortun pulled a muscle in his leg after 45 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Q. T. I. made a substitution. Placido Loramendi replaced Ildefonso Fortun. After a rather tough play, Loco De Remate's Fulgencio Artal got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Loco De Remate fully deserved thier win.
