A collision led to CRIMINAL MAMBO getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Amadeo Constancio hit a great ball. Diego Nesor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leo Otsoko came out and tried to block the shot, but Diego Nesor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. Samuel Domeka hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The supporters of Gimnasia y tiro booed when CRIMINAL MAMBO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Pacifico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Segundo Marin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Silvio Dei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Oier in the 28th minute of the match. Cristo Ortzi hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Segundo Marin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leo Otsoko. The goal made the score 2-0. Silvio Dei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Oier in the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CRIMINAL MAMBO's Elvio Pacifico got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Segundo Marin was the one to do the kick off. Osvaldo Oier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, CRIMINAL MAMBO's Severino Elequemedo got a free kick in the 60th minute. CRIMINAL MAMBO's Leo Otsoko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Menendo in the 63rd minute of play. Leo Otsoko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Rogelio Baudelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. CRIMINAL MAMBO's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Baudelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Dei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Segundo Marin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Otsoko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After 76 played minutes CRIMINAL MAMBO got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Joey. After a rather tough play, Gimnasia y tiro's Bernardo Mingo got a free kick in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the match, CRIMINAL MAMBO's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Marin came free, but Leo Otsoko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Nesor struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Leo Otsoko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gimnasia y tiro. Leo Otsoko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Cutberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gimnasia y tiro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
