An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Eleder in the 7th minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Higinio Gonzales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Silvestre Niguel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Nicasio Ubarna in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Hernan Raitin. A collision led to A.A. Cachila getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nicasio Ubarna hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Eleder in the 17th minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Higinio Gonzales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Nereo Eleder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Higinio Gonzales was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Higinio Gonzales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Eleder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Gonzales stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erubiel Terciero's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Cachila's Victoriano Maore got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 41 minutes of play, A.A. Cachila's Nereo Eleder made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Higinio Gonzales was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victoriano Maore to strike the kick off in the second half. Lorenzo Fidele charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Fidele the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB booed when A.A. Cachila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Fidele didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Orlan in the 55th minute of play forced A.A. Cachila's goalkeeper Ernesto Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 minutes A.A. Cachila's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Silvestre Niguel who took care of the corner kick. Higinio Gonzales was a little too slow when Nereo Eleder got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-5. In the 61st minute of the match, Erubiel Terciero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Higinio Gonzales saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Victoriano Maore scored to the left of an out of position Higinio Gonzales, making the score, 0-6. 66 minutes into the game, Nicasio Ubarna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Higinio Gonzales was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 69 minutes into the match, Victoriano Maore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Higinio Gonzales. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Maore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. 78 minutes into the game, Guido Dimo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.A. Cachila's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB the free kick. Higinio Gonzales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Terciero, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 94 minutes into the game, A.A. Cachila's Victoriano Maore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Higinio Gonzales made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A.A. Cachila were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
