An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Neron in the 12th minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Maximiliano Abecia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Fernando Osoitz made a precise shot to the right of Maximiliano Abecia. Dionisia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ramon Corderun hit a great ball. A collision led to Dionisia getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Severiano Gabrio hit a great ball. In the 24th minute of the match Valentin Neron shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximiliano Abecia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Danilo Ireno charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Ireno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes Los Gallos got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Ireno. Dionisia's Maximiliano Abecia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Corderun in the 31st minute of play. When Los Gallos's Salvador Aballe in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dionisia's goalie prevented a goal. When Haroldo Mark fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dionisia's protests and gave Haroldo Mark a yellow card for diving instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niceto Tipi was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Dionisia's Americo Dolcet got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Neron got free with Maximiliano Abecia in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th match minute, Dionisia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Ondino to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Lop. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Gallos's Valentin Neron slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximiliano Abecia. That made the score 0-2 after 63 minutes of play. Maximiliano Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Neron in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Dionisia's Albano Ondino got a free kick in the 76th minute. Valentin Neron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Abecia having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Osoitz in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximiliano Abecia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Dionisia's Maximiliano Abecia got control of the ball when Fernando Osoitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Dionisia's goalkeeper Maximiliano Abecia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Haroldo Mark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Filiberto Iratzeder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Los Gallos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dionisia throughout the match.
