In the 10th minute Tiburcio Benvide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Darien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Maximiliano Bittor made the kick off in the second half. Gonzalo Darien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Henrico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Bittor took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ixaka. Jonathan Ixaka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Angelo Henrico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal.
