In the 4th minute, Florentino Henric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ermegildo Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Abelardo Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Abelardo Monico got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelardo Monico in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Gaur saved Tigre from getting behind. Rogelio Gaur came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Abelardo Monico. But to his dismay, Abelardo Monico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 25 minutes, Abelardo Monico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 and the Tigre players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Abelardo Monico got a free kick in the 25th minute. Apolo Porfirio made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Teofilo Virila sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Evarado in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Gaur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivan Abreu hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Tigre's Rogelio Gaur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Evarado in the 31st minute of play. Rogelio Gaur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the game, Abelardo Monico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rogelio Gaur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abelardo Monico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Tigre getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Florentino Henric hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Abelardo Monico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Apolo Porfirio came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tigre's Eriberto Benet. But to his dismay, Eriberto Benet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Florentino Henric managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigre's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Henric was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Porfirio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teofilo Virila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tigre's Rogelio Gaur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Evarado in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Augusto Liher was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tigre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 the free kick. Augusto Liher hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Genaro Nataniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Porfirio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tigre:s goal. Apolo Porfirio had in the 67thth minute some difficulties stopping Eriberto Benet's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 70th minute, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Ivan Abreu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ivan Abreu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ivan Abreu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Tigre a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eriberto Benet, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Apolo Porfirio. 2-3. In the 78th minute Genaro Nataniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Porfirio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 got a corner. Tigre's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fulgencio Bingen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rogelio Gaur was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Abelardo Monico capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abelardo Monico really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. Teofilo Virila kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Tomás Evarado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 96th minute, Martin Ignazio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofilo Virila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
