Los Podridos ll's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Goi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Oliverio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esteban Oliverio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Aguilera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Hilario Aguilera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esteban Oliverio was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Esteban Oliverio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anacleto Janpier's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Bermudez to make the kick off. Hilario Aguilera got in the 53rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Esteban Oliverio handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The referee gave Los Podridos ll a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Daniel Barros, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Error 404's Esteban Oliverio. 3-3. In the 78th minute of the match Daniel Barros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Esteban Oliverio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hilario Aguilera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Delmar Basualdo fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Error 404's protests and gave Delmar Basualdo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Los Podridos ll booed when Error 404 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Basualdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 minutes of play, Error 404's Emilio Bermudez made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hilario Nuno was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Hilario Aguilera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Error 404's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
