The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Santiago Procopio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RACINGUS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Podridos ll the free kick. Santiago Procopio kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Hilario Aguilera lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Felix Pello. 20 minutes into the match, Matias Arias notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Los Podridos ll's Hilario Nuno. Hilario Nuno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Victor Burutzagi fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RACINGUS's protests and gave Victor Burutzagi a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 minutes, Hilario Aguilera made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. RACINGUS's Felix Pello tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 27 minutes into the match, RACINGUS's goalkeeper Felix Pello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amancio Roldanillo. Felix Pello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hilario Aguilera in the 31st minute. Angelino Salvatore hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, RACINGUS's goalkeeper Felix Pello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilario Aguilera. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Hilario Aguilera put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Felix Pello. Gerardo Tiadoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Gerardo Tiadoro made the kick off in the second half. Narciso Tximitx hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Gerardo Tiadoro came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the RACINGUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Tiadoro couldn't finish the play. If Matias Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Podridos ll's Hilario Nuno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Procopio in the 59th minute of play. Hilario Aguilera might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Pello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hilario Aguilera ran back to his position shaking his head. When Gerardo Tiadoro came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the RACINGUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Tiadoro couldn't finish the play. When Amancio Roldanillo fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Podridos ll's protests and gave Amancio Roldanillo a yellow card for diving instead. When Santiago Procopio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. In the 67th match minute, RACINGUS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Procopio to maneuver through the defense. Matias Arias's late challenge caught a Los Podridos ll's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matias Arias helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes RACINGUS got a freekick which was hit by Matias Arias. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Janpier during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anacleto Janpier kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Felix Pello came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Podridos ll's Hilario Aguilera. But to his dismay, Hilario Aguilera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Anacleto Janpier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Pello having to interfere. After a rather tough play, RACINGUS's Victor Burutzagi got a free kick in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in RACINGUS's zone, Hilario Aguilera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Pello came out of the goal and Hilario Aguilera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 played minutes RACINGUS got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Salvatore. For all the effort they put into the match, the RACINGUS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Podridos ll.
