In the 9th minute, Adolfo Jordy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cosme Lixandro fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trinidad 4.7's protests and gave Cosme Lixandro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Trinidad 4.7 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Cosme Lixandro hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaspar Lain got free with Ramiro Arano in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the match, Alfredo Compagnon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ramiro Arano, 1-0. Ramiro Arano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Quilo in the 21st minute of the match. Trinidad 4.7's Ramiro Arano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Darien in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Cesar Quilo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ramiro Arano. The goal made the score 2-0. With a little luck, Trinidad 4.7's Ramiro Arano got control of the ball when Cesar Quilo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramiro Arano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Darien, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Placido Goizeder received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusebio Guerrero to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Donato Darien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Arano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Compagnon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Arano having to interfere. Ramiro Arano was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Darien in the 96th minute of play forced Trinidad 4.7's goalkeeper Ramiro Arano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Belgrano de Pibasog fans cheered their team off the field, for while Trinidad 4.7 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
