Candido Oxel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 6 minutes into the match. After 7 played minutes Paso FC got a freekick which was hit by Candido Oxel. After recieving a nice pass, Valencia Santa Fe's Edelmiro Ciceron tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Leon Lizbeth made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Bernardo Gelacio sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the game, Paso FC's Isidro Txerran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leon Lizbeth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardo Gelacio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leon Lizbeth. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. Leon Lizbeth was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Isidro Txerran capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isidro Txerran really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. With a little luck, Valencia Santa Fe's Leon Lizbeth got control of the ball when Bernardo Gelacio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Valencia Santa Fe booed when Paso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Cedro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Edelmiro Ciceron shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Chuan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Paso FC booed when Valencia Santa Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Suarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Valencia Santa Fe's goalkeeper Leon Lizbeth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Gelacio. In the 38th minute, Isidro Txerran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Lizbeth having to interfere. When Edelmiro Ciceron fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valencia Santa Fe's protests and gave Edelmiro Ciceron a yellow card for diving instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Txerran in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Lizbeth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valencia Santa Fe's Leon Lizbeth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Gelacio in the 62nd minute of play. Vladimiro Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Dario Chuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes of play, Paso FC's Bernardo Gelacio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leon Lizbeth was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isidro Txerran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Lizbeth having to interfere. Leon Lizbeth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Gelacio in the 88th minute of the match. Valencia Santa Fe's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
