C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave All Boys the free kick. After 11 played minutes, All Boys's German Balasi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silverio Ignatius came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in All Boys reached it. The supporters of All Boys booed when GangsTaz F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Nesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cayetano Ayala hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Fernando Aguirre hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match Astor Boni shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nereo Acevedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nereo Acevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Nesto went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Niceto Piearres managed to get in a good position for a shot. GangsTaz F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Piearres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Acevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melquiades Benino in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silverio Ignatius saved GangsTaz F. C. from getting behind. Eduardo Illan might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silverio Ignatius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo Illan ran back to his position shaking his head. Silverio Ignatius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Viator, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 42 minutes, Bernardo Nesto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GangsTaz F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Nesto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute Melquiades Benino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Iztal during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, Francisco Iztal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melquiades Benino to make the kick off. Silverio Ignatius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Benino in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Teodosio Viator ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silverio Ignatius was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. All Boys made a substitution. Jesus Polentzi replaced Aquiles Orlin. All Boys's Luis Veto was substituted for German Balasi. In the 62nd minute, Eulalio Peter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All Boys's Nereo Patrido was substituted for Vladimiro Idacio. The supporters of All Boys booed when GangsTaz F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Peter didn't get a good kick on the ball. GangsTaz F. C.'s Silverio Ignatius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 78 minutes, Melquiades Benino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. All Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Benino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silverio Ignatius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Benino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodosio Viator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. GangsTaz F. C.'s Bernardo Nesto got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Astor Boni came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nereo Acevedo could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Melquiades Benino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silverio Ignatius was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Nereo Acevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Piearres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justo Corderall hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 97 minutes into the match, GangsTaz F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Benino came free, but Silverio Ignatius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GangsTaz F. C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
