Dionisio Moise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Rufo in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, LanParty's goalkeeper Dionisio Moise had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Rufo. A collision led to LanParty getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Albano Calvet hit a great ball. With a little luck, LanParty's Dionisio Moise got control of the ball when Gerardo Rufo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Igor Baraquiel notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Locura Académica's Natalio Intxixu. Natalio Intxixu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerardo Rufo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonas Argider might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dionisio Moise. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Oier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Natalio Intxixu made a huge save.
