But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Milio couldn't finish the play. Damian Marin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Kauldi in the 77th minute of the match. Eliseo Gonzales was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Teodelina FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Gonzales. Zacarias Gar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jesus Flor. Teodelina FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Benjamin Tirso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Characate FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Teodelina FC the free kick. The supporters of Teodelina FC booed when Characate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Tirso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Marin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cayetano Garci. Damian Marin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulino Milio in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Kauldi in the 94th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Damian Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
