Arsenio Jeraldo started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elvio Laurgain got free with Jaime Urbez in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Astor Chago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jimeno Rolado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arsenio Jeraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestor Ascencio's late challenge caught a Vipos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nestor Ascencio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Diablofaryd F.C. getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Nestor Ascencio hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Modesto Marino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vipos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Bernardo Kauldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Vipos FC's Celestino Hug got a free kick in the 31st minute. The supporters of Diablofaryd F.C. booed when Vipos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Marino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Jeraldo scored 2-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Urbez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaime Urbez made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Arsenio Jeraldo sent off a good shot on target. Elvio Laurgain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Jaime Urbez made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marciano Jusepe during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marciano Jusepe hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Diablofaryd F.C.'s Amancio Gorka got a free kick in the 65th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Arsenio Jeraldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jaime Urbez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 91 minutes into the game, Astor Chago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vipos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Diablofaryd F.C. the free kick. After 91 played minutes Vipos FC got a freekick which was hit by Astor Chago. Jaime Urbez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Abadie, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Diablofaryd F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
