But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Quirze couldn't finish the play. 8 minutes into the match, Legacy Youth Academy's goalkeeper Lisandro Rameriz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Dacio. Lisandro Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Elizardo in the 16th minute of play. Roberto Quirze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Aurelio Elizardo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Metapalo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Elizardo couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute, Legacy Youth Academy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rodrigo Dacio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Godfredo Gaskon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Rameriz having to interfere. Rodrigo Dacio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Lisandro Rameriz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 34th minute, Rigoberto Atauri reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lisandro Rameriz. The goal made the score 1-1. Metapalo FC's Feliciano Noe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Quirze in the 40th minute of play. Isidoro Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Quirze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Feliciano Noe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Rosio kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aurelio Elizardo was the one to do the kick off. Lisandro Rameriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Elizardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Lisandro Rameriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Garcia in the 61st minute of the match. Lisandro Rameriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Dacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th match minute, Legacy Youth Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Marcones to maneuver through the defense. Ceferino Seber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Feliciano Noe made a huge save. Aurelio Elizardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Lisandro Rameriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
