The referee showed Zeledon Ceandro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zeledon Ceandro hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Pascual Roldan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guaberto Cebo. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Segundo Ixona got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Florentino Servando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to 25 de Abril Futbol Club getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Florentino Servando hit a great ball. Pascual Roldan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Guaberto Cebo firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 19thth minute of the game Celedonio Fidensio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quitilipi's Guaberto Cebo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonatan Berdaitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Mitxel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goalkeeper Guaberto Cebo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Roldan. In the 22nd minute, Aaron Fix had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urbano Nuñez during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 25 de Abril Futbol Club made a substitution. Haroldo Eriz replaced Aaron Fix. If Celedonio Fidensio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florentino Nel during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Florentino Nel hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Fidensio came free, but Guaberto Cebo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Fresco kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Celedonio Fidensio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guaberto Cebo. Guaberto Cebo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Guaberto Cebo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celedonio Fidensio went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After 47 played minutes 25 de Abril Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Servando. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonatan Berdaitz was the one to do the kick off. Robustiano Clementi charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Robustiano Clementi hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Pascual Roldan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Guaberto Cebo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Florentino Nel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Urbano Nuñez got a free kick in the 66th minute. Guaberto Cebo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Fidensio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Jonatan Berdaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quitilipi's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Berdaitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Mitxel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Fidensio in the 72nd minute of play forced Quitilipi's goalkeeper Guaberto Cebo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guaberto Cebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Roldan in the 79th minute of play. Guaberto Cebo came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Pascual Roldan. But to his dismay, Pascual Roldan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 88th match minute, 25 de Abril Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Fresco to maneuver through the defense. Quitilipi's Urbano Nuñez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for 25 de Abril Futbol Club. After 90 minutes of play Quitilipi's Robustiano Clementi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 90th minute, Robustiano Clementi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Berdaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Berdaitz got free with Maximo Mitxel in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guaberto Cebo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Roldan, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, 25 de Abril Futbol Club could leave the field as winners, despite Quitilipi having more of the ball for most of the match.
