If Hermengildo Peter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 minutes, Hermengildo Peter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FrenaHayBache and the C. A. BELGRANO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Amador Mateus had several of the FrenaHayBache's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Celestino Clementi as he didn't even see the shot coming. Amador Mateus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C. A. BELGRANO's Teodosio Perfecto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Quintyn in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Amador Mateus notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FrenaHayBache's Celestino Clementi. Celestino Clementi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The attack was good, but when Hermengildo Peter in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to C. A. BELGRANO getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Braulio Sesuldo hit a great ball. Robustiano Quintyn struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Teodosio Perfecto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FrenaHayBache. 35 minutes into the match, C. A. BELGRANO's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Quintyn came free, but Teodosio Perfecto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Rudolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Celestino Clementi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Hermengildo Peter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FrenaHayBache's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Peter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amador Mateus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th play minute Robustiano Quintyn came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Teodosio Perfecto. 2-1. Teodosio Perfecto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robustiano Quintyn went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Celestino Clementi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Mateus in the 65th minute of play. After some careless play in the FrenaHayBache defense, Ariel Damario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celestino Clementi. The FrenaHayBache fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celestino Clementi should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Rudolfo in the 70th minute of play forced FrenaHayBache's goalkeeper Celestino Clementi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermengildo Peter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Perfecto having to interfere. Lucas Rudolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Clementi having to interfere. The C. A. BELGRANO fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when C. A. BELGRANO's Lucas Rudolfo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Victorino Leocadio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, C. A. BELGRANO could leave the field as winners, despite FrenaHayBache having more of the ball for most of the match.
